Delivery & Return Policy

We are committed to getting your orders out as quickly as possible. Please see below for our delivery and shipping process.

Shipping Process

We strive to ship orders as soon as they are ready. However, it may not always be on the same day as the order is placed. Generally, we ship Monday – Friday, and you can expect delivery within the chosen shipping time frame:

 

1-3 business days for local areas

2-4 business days for national areas

 

If we expect a longer lead time (due to items not fulfilled directly by The Itty Bitty Pot Committee, this will be noted on the item description page. If you have any questions about the delivery timeline for a specific item, please reach out to us.

Courier Information

All orders are dispatched via our pre-arranged courier services. Please note that delivery delays do not qualify for a return or refund.

Our courier partners deliver only to physical street addresses and pudo lockers, and cannot deliver to embassies, malls, chain stores, plots, farms, mines, or some outlying towns and townships. Please note there are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

One of our courier partners will deliver your order to your physical address between Monday and Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. If you are at a business address during working hours, please ensure you register those details for your delivery. Alternatively, ensure that someone is available at home to sign for the parcel.

After Order Placement

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder and mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure you receive future communications directly in your inbox. It’s important to note that without the order confirmation, you will not receive the shipment notification or tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

If you are concerned about when your parcel will arrive, please feel free to contact us or our courier partners directly to get a more precise estimate of the delivery date. If you anticipate a delay, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Important Notes

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.

Orders are subject to availability and will only be processed once proof of payment has been received. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by The Itty Bitty Pot Committee

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform The Itty Bitty Pot Committee within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements to refund or replace the damaged or broken product.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

• Bad weather • Flight delays • National holidays or Festivals • Other unforeseen circumstances

If you think your order is delayed, please contact your courier provider.
